# Team Activity Avatar Styles

## Goal
Give each agent a distinct portrait style so the dashboard feels like a team instead of anonymous status blocks.

## Suggested styles
- Ethan: photo-like, polished PM headshot
- Luther: illustrated, blueprint-inspired bust
- Benji: pixel-art avatar
- Ilsa: crisp vector portrait
- William: grounded photo-like technical portrait
- Grace: modern UI-inspired illustrated avatar
- Angela: thoughtful editorial-style headshot
- Paris: creative illustrated portrait with experimental accents

## V1 implementation idea
If real portraits are not ready yet, use generated circular avatars with:
- initials
- per-agent accent colors
- role-specific border treatments
- optional tiny badge icons for role hints

## Why this works
The dashboard stays visually coherent now, and the real headshots can be swapped in later without changing the layout.
